Little info about the Splatoween Headgear + Banners

So it's already stated they will be distributed via the news, so don't panic if you don't get them right away! I'm hoping they will have fixed the releases this time considering how long it took for other regions to get the Deep Cut Banners.

I'm hoping the regions outside of JP and America can get their Headgear before the Splatfest ends, but just incase you don't remember you WILL get it. Here's the abilities they come with:

Dataminer ashbinary has found data within the game that has revealed not only Frosty/Splatoween fest data being put into the game (so repeat or new themes incoming?)

But data for a FOURTH plaza, all on its own...

While nothing is 100% set in stone, it's becoming eerily clear what this means

All three idol groups, all performing in one separate plaza from the other three

splatoon 3 9.0.0 is out, here's what i'm seeing about it from dataminers on twitter (slight spoilers, but i've avoided a few more spoilery things, if you want any more information on this look up OatmealDome, LeanYoshi, ashbinary_, Coxxs, DiamCreeper24)

jackpot banner got replaced by one showing promo characters (like veronika)

new salmon run shop reward is a wooden grizz replica for 999 bronze

there is a "new" season catalog that contains all old stuff (these generic catalogs will rotate from now on)

coxxs posted a video showing a bit of the splatlands bowl big run stage (there is apparently new music, i watched it while muted so i could leave that for when it comes out). the egg cannons that they just revealed would be on the stage function similarly to big shot cannons (sometimes lands in the basket, sometimes just near it)

fish scale bonus capsules give a guaranteed minimum of 3 silver and 1 gold per rotation (and the 1 gold has a 20% chance of being 2 gold, and the 3 silver has a 20% chance of being 6 silver)

the scales for reaching the egg goal in the upcoming big run start at 7 gold/21 silver/210 bronze for reaching 700 million, and go up higher (oatmealdome only posted the first 3, but according to the suggested pattern it goes up by 1 gold/3 silver/30 bronze for each 100mil eggs beyond that point). there is also news dialogue for failing the 700mil quota

they've added support for more big runs (probably reruns? there's new dialogue for another big big run, and a regular big run on undertow spillway)

there are banners for each grand festival team, and gear based on the idol outfits

splatoon 2 splatoween gear is back (possibly for a splatoween rerun?)

all idol amiibo (new and old) will get a new event flag called "remember grand festival" suggesting we will be able to access the venue after grand festival (maybe similar to the splatoon 1 concerts?)

pretty sure the reason they havent announced splatfest yet is bc its gonna be later in the month, to be closer to halloween and after the mid season patch

i would guess its happening either the weekend of the 20th or 27th

also (spoilers from datamine below)

the unique ink types for splatoween and frosty fest were datamined (the glowy and sparkly ink). theyre in the game already

theres also internal codenames that were found for "special fests"

oden (this was the anniversary fest)

maple (likely splatoween)

stove (likely frostyfest)

dumpling (theorized to be new years related)

sweet (theorized to be spring fest)

we will be getting some special fests, this is basically confirmed.
